The Army of the Potomac is an Union sub-army. It is their largest army; it started off with 700,000 soldiers but it has shrunk due to over 4,000 casualties.
The Army of the Potomac is under the command of Ulysses S. Grant and it's also the headquarters to Ulysses S. Grant.
